BUYING  ARTWORK

First step
All payments are processed via Google Checkout  which allows you to safely use your credit or debit card.
Once you find artwork you like click on  the "buy now" button at the bottom of th epage. If you want to buy  more than one piece of art you can  either  use the "buy now" button for each of them or you can email me and I will send you an invoice for the total amount.
Payments are processed by Google Checkout and I do not get to see your credit/debit card details. 
I try to keep as up to date as possible the art work that is available for sale and what has been sold. In case you buy a piece of art that has already been bought you will of course get a fulll refund. You can also email me first to check that the work is still available. I will then mark it as "reserved" until the sale has been finalised.

All prices are in Pounds Sterling (British pounds).
If you would prefer to pay by check (see  below)  please email me so I can reserve the artwork for you until your check arrives and is cleared.


Reproduction on screen
Every screen shows colours a little differently depending on your screen settings and on the computer you are using. The real work of art may not look exactly like what you see on your screen.


Shipping and packaging
Artwork will usually be shipped within 5 days of the money being received. If for any reason shipping will take longer I will contact you to let you know.
To provide you with the best possible quality the printing of digital art is outsourced and printed on request.  Please allow extra time for the prints to arrive.  

Shipping and packaging  costs of  £5.00  for UK addresses and  £10.00 for international ones is included in the sales price.

Work is shipped flat or rolled in a tube depending on what is more appropriate.

UK addresses.
Work will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded (signed for)  First Class whenever possible.
If the dimensions of the packaged work are bigger than what Royal Mail accepts then Parcel Force will be used.

International addresses. For addresses outside the United Kingdom AirMail will be used whenever possible.  

If you need something to arrive urgently please contact me to arrange for quick delivery options, i.e. express delivery or courier.

Custom fees
Custom fees, when applicable, are the responsability of the buyer.


Return policy
If you are unhappy in any way about a purchase please advise me within 7 (seven) days of receiving the artwork and you will be refunded provided the artwork is sent back to the address below.  Artwork must be sent in its  original (or an equivalent) protective packaging and arrive undamaged. The artwork should be sent back within 14 days of notification that you wish to return it. Postage & packaging costs are not refunded. 

If you want to tell me why  you are not happy it would be appreciated, but of course you don't have to.

Care is taken in packaging before mailing. In the unlikely event the art reaches you in a damaged state,  please advise me within seven days and send the work back.You will receive a full refund, including costs of original and return postage. 


Payment
Payments can be made securely online via Google Checkout. I do not get to see any of your credit card information.
Checks in pounds sterling  from a UK bank are also accepted.  Please remember to print your name and address on the back of the check.  Checks should be made payable to Artemis Papert and send at the address below.
